Try Our New Maple Meets Masala Pitas

There is a new addition to the Pita Pit menu. Try our new Maple Meets Masala pitas. These two new pitas are the perfect flavor fusion of Canada and India wrapped up in a pita. We have partnered with Patak’s Canada to come up with our limited-time only Maple Vindaloo and Maple Tandoori chicken or beef pitas.



These Maple Meets Masala pitas are available until December 31, 2014. Make sure to stop by and try one today before they’re gone.

Pita Pit in The Globe and Mail

Pita Pit was featured in The Globe and Mail. 22-year-old Hailey Nault was the focus of the story on young entrepreneurism and franchising. Hailey found a mentor in Rob Anderson, who owned a Pita Pit close to her home and had partnered with other franchisees on their stores. Mr. Anderson agreed to put up half the fee, if she worked at his store for a year and learned every aspect of the business. That was November 2012 and a year later, he helped Ms. Nault find the pre-existing Pita Pit she took over, and continues to mentor her.

Pita Pit in Grimsby Lincoln News

We were featured in the Grimsby Lincoln News.  The article describes how John and Melanna  Giannakis were inspired to open their own Pita Pit in Beamsville based on the fact that they were both long-time fans, especially Melanna, who craved pitas during her pregnancy.
