To say that life is busy for most people these days often comes as an understatement.
Whether you are married, have children, are single, in school or working, finding time to take care of yourself can be difficult, especially when you find the quickest and easiest options always involve fast food.
"I think that's part of the problem - people just don't want to cook any more," explained Melanie Horton, who owns Orangeville's Pita Pit with husband Brad. "It's not they're addicted to Big Macs, they just really don't want to cook. It's hard when everything out there is not good for you."
